3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order does not guarantee product availability.

  • In case of stock-out or payment failure, the order may be canceled, and payment (if made) will be refunded as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • We accept various payment methods including Mobile Financial Services (MFS), Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges and delivery times may vary based on location and vendor.

  • Any delay due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) will be communicated with the customer.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund

  • Our return and refund process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which requires customers to submit an unboxing video and adhere to specific conditions.
